Useful, well-organized, easy to maneuver, good quality.
Well-organized: I think it has enough compartments for
organization without becoming one of those annoying bags whose
useful space is completely divided up by flimsy compartments.
My laptop fits neatly into the padded pocket at the front (I
like that the laptop compartment is at the front so that heavy
items aren't leaning against it when I tilt the bag back to
roll it); books, binders, and papers fit in the area behind
that; I use one of the two zipped compartments in the front
for small electronics, cords and chargers, and the other for
business cards and small personal items. The outside mesh
pocket for my water bottle keeps it accessible and saves space
inside the backpack. It rolls and maneuvers pretty well, and
the handle has a solid construction. When fully loaded, it's a
little heavy, so this backpack is best used as a rolling
backpack--not one to be carried on your back. It would be
better if it had a handle on the side to make lifting easier.
It can get a little noisy when rolling down the sidewalk
(softer wheels might be nicer). Overall, though, the negatives
are minor compared to the positives.
I purchased this for my 10 year old son who is in fifth grade
and has a lot of heavy books. We bought it in October and it's
still going strong in April. At first I was disappointed that
it didn't have inline wheels, but after watching my son drag
it through the soggy grass I appreciated the tough wheels. It
is great. Thanks! |
