recently started college after being medically retired from
job of 24 yrs, and being that I am a little older then most
college students, carrying alot of books is very hard for me.
I recently purchased the Jansport Driver 8, because it had a
compartment for everything - books, computer, pens/pencils,
and anything else I would need for the day - and also because
of the fact that it rolled so I wouldn't have to carry it.
This was the smartest school purchase, besides my calculator,
that I have made since starting college. I love this bag, it
is sturdy and is holding up great, and I couldn't beat the
price, it was definitely in my price range for what I was
looking for in a backpack. I highly recommend this bag!!!! A
little bit larger than we thought it would be, the wheels are
not as tough as we thought they would be. It holds a lot of
stuff, which is good. It also looks very nice. We almost
returned it but decided that we would keep it, despite being
not completely satisfied and the high price. I bought this bag
for my kids. They are durable and good-looking. But I have one
general complaint about this type of one-handle bag: The
handle itself (2-3" thick) took up too much internal space in
the main compartment. My kids can barely squeeze in a big
binder and a couple of books, that's it. If JanSport can
improve this design, it would be a prefect bag. |
